Remember that our custom name necklaces does not have to be a name. If you would like a necklace that says something other than a name please don't hesitate and still place your order.

If the product you ordered and received is broken, not what you ordered, or you are not satisfied we will give you a refund. Please note you will have to have proof in order to receive a refund. Please note that depending on certain situations you may have to send the product back in order to receive your refund.
